Grand Theft Studios provides professional video editing services for content creators, including but not limited to short-form video editing, long-form video editing, thumbnail design, and related creative services. Services are delivered on a subscription basis according to the plan selected by the Client.
To access our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent, to enter into this agreement.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to services through the end of the period for which you have paid.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-month subscription fees. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial subscription purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days through your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all final deliverables produced under your subscription. We retain ownership of our internal processes, methodologies, templates, and the right to display non-confidential samples of completed work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
You represent and warrant that you own or have appropriate licenses for all footage, music, and other content submitted to us for editing. You grant us a limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing services to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that contains illegal material, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
While we strive to provide consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice to affected subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Theft Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or by posting on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

After the initial 30-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access to services through that period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent automatic renewal.
